1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GYGES ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions issued by Neuraxis Infotech (UDYAM-UP-03-0142214), the legal owner and operator of this platform. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
GYGES is an AI-powered engineering design platform developed and operated by Neuraxis Infotech. It provides schematic diagrams, pictorial diagrams, and technical engineering reports. All outputs are AI-generated and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer before implementation in any real-world application.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay on behalf of Neuraxis Infotech. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions are non-refundable once a session has been activated. Available plans: FREE (₹0), PRO (₹399/mo), PREMIUM (₹799/mo). As a Micro Enterprise registered under the MSMED Act, 2006, Neuraxis Infotech is committed to transparent and lawful commercial practices.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling of AI-generated outputs without prior written permission from Neuraxis Infotech is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
GYGES and all its AI-generated outputs, brand assets, and underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of Neuraxis Infotech (UDYAM-UP-03-0142214). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the outputs solely for your personal or internal commercial projects. Redistribution, sublicensing, or claiming ownership of the outputs is not permitted.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated engineering designs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Neuraxis Infotech makes no warranty that the outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any specific engineering application. Professional engineering validation is always recommended.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Neuraxis Infotech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any AI-generated design outputs.
8. Privacy & Data
We keep the email address on your plan and, so you can reopen them later, the designs you generate (your query and its results), stored against that email. FREE plans keep the last 5 designs, PRO the last 30 and PREMIUM the last 200. Every saved design is deleted automatically after 180 days, and you can delete any of them, or all of them, from your dashboard at any time. FREE and PRO plans show ads served by third-party ad networks, which may use cookies. Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay and is never stored on Neuraxis Infotech's servers. We comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations.
9. MSME Registration
Neuraxis Infotech is a duly registered Micro Enterprise under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
